How might we conceptualize a mobile application for Craigslist that expedites the data management experience of real estate brokers? 
Craigslist Broker is a mobile application for Craigslist that aims to solve some of the biggest painpoints that real estate brokers have while managing listings on Craigslist. This is an exercise in design research, service analysis, customer journey development, and prototyping.

Broker's Journey
I created a typical broker's journey based on field research and competitive analysis. Using the data I collected from the interviews, I then indicated painpoints on the journey map. I then converted these painpoints into capabilities of the application such that it could indicate different features that the application could include. 

Finally, using the above journey maps, I recreated the 'ideal journey map' for the broker. This map includes the journey that would make the tasks of the broker easier.

I decided to focus on the management system of the listings that a broker adds to the Craigslist mobile Application and the management system of the conversations that the broker has on each listing. The sketches were based on the following design principles:
